Note:

  1. Rental fee does not include TELCO charges, such as ISDN, C.O trunk and traffic charges.
  2. Rental rate is based on model SL1000 or SV9000 capacity.
  3. Minimum rental period of 6 months, thereafter will automatically be renewed on 3 months basis.
  4. First 6 months rental payment will be collected upon commencement of rental period.
  5. All equipment supplied will be in good working condition or brand new, based on package options signed by customer.
  6. Service call and remote programming is provided FOC, other chargeable Items are wiring, additional line extension and relocation of phone system.
  7. Network connectivity is under the responsibility of customers.
